As your reliable EVENT BUTLER, we offer a complete range of event management services which includes, budget control, venue suggestion, collaboration with vendors, event run-down, production as well as onsite execution.
What information do I need to provide?
We will only need some of your precious time to talk to us about your event desire and the expected outcome you have in mind, and you can leave the rest to us.
If my budget is tight, is Eventy willing to organize my event?
Certainly, we can discuss and work it out! We can arrange event base on your needs and everything beyond your imagination, either small event from groups of 20 attendees to more than 1000 attendees, we will be able to manage within your desired budget.
How early should I start planning my event?
Planning an event can take from days to months, it depends on the size and the details of the event. Having enough time allows you to comfortably look over different areas and prepare yourself for possible situations that might happen.
Do you arrange events overseas?
Yes, we have plenty of overseas event experience throughout Asia Pacific.
Can Eventy arrange event entertainment, emcee, game stalls and other bonus ideas for my event?
We can propose suitable entertainment and supplier options according to your theme.
What advice do you often give to your clients to help them in their planning?

- Have a budget setup in mind and be realistic
Is it possible to have only digital support or entertainment instead of full arrangement?
Yes, it is possible as each item is charged separately. You could name the request, e.g. 1 performance, or a backdrop set up etc. and we will provide the quotation accordingly.
Will different venue/location affect the theme of event?
Yes, once you have decided on the theme we will propose suitable venue and location for your. On the other hand if you have decided the venue, we can propose the perfect theme that blends in to the venue.
If we have a lot of questions in mind, will Eventy charge us by minutes?
No additional cost will be charged, everything is clearly written as agreed on the quotation. Do feel free to let us know if you have any question in mind, we are always there for you.
